Position: Sales Admin Lead
Base: VSM Office in Singapore (West Area)
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager Southeast Asia
Employed at: VSM Abrasives Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., Singapore
About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Sales Admin Assistant Manager to support our growing operations across Southeast Asia. This role is key to ensuring smooth sales processes, vendor coordination (primarily with our main vendor in Germany), and efficient office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and follow up on purchase orders, quotations, and sales orders.
- Coordinate shipping with customers and logistics agents
- Monitor delivery deadlines and payment schedules
- Organize office operations and support associates to optimize procedures
- Manage internal communications and supply levels Assist in office administration, stock control, and basic translations
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimally 2–4 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage 300, DEAR Systems, SAP, ABSS or equivalent)
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written), Mandarin A collaborative team player with a high level of dedication
