- Handling incoming emails, messages and calls.
- Promptly addressing enquiries from clients and providing product information.
- Support Sales Managers in preparing quotations and tender submissions.
- Entering new orders into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order details.
- Updating customer and project information in the database.
- Basic book keeping and updating of job references and production information.
- Preparation of project documentations (Site Clearance, Name List, PTW, Risk Assessment etc)
