Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goal through the efficient execution of company policies.
- Maintaining necessary levels of inventory stock in the showroom.
- Counting and sorting of stocks.
- Reporting any discrepancies or damage in stocks to the supervisor or managers.
- Replenishing the stock for showroom displays.
- Looking after day to day processes that being carried out.
- Good rapport with the customer and even the colleagues.
- Clear understanding of the usage of the product, its price and design.
- Attending calls and taking telephone enquiries.
- Building customer confidence by making sales floor experience reassuring.
- Ensure the store promotion visuals on the sales floor remain appealing.
- Assist customers in testing the merchandise and explaining the features present in the products or services being retailed.
- Keep updated with the new and emerging technologies relevant to the products and services being marketed.
- Create a lasting positive impression on the store customer by showing professionalism in addressing their concerns and presenting the solutions that can address their needs.
- Follow company guidelines for managing confidential information and customer satisfaction.
- Handle cashiering duties as and when required.

Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work shift (Retail working shift pattern)
- Salary commensurate with work experience
