Job Scope:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Process orders, quotations, and invoices accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Manage customer accounts and resolve issues or complaints
- Support after-sales service and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records and documentation Assist in sales coordination and marketing support when needed
