Job Description
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
- Communicate with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
- Handle in-bound enquiries sent through emails, faxes, or calls
- Monitor and expedite customer orders to ensure on-time delivery of goods
- Collaborate with technical team in providing customer support
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide indoor/outdoor sales support.
- Engage new customers via emails and calls to establish new sales pipelines
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude, team player, committed, meticulous and responsible.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office (I.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- On the job training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
