About the role
Curtainmise Co. Pte. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Paya Lebar East Region. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our premium curtain and blinds products to both residential and commercial customers. What you'll be doing
- Actively prospecting for new customers and building a pipeline of qualified leads
- Arranging and conducting sales consultations with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Preparing detailed and professional quotations and proposals for customers
- Closing sales and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact to installation
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships and providing exceptional after-sales support
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably within the home furnishings or interior design industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer objections and close sales
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive customer experience
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
