Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive at Pureair Building Solutions Pte Ltd. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the client base, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. This position is based in Singapore with the option for some work from home.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and grow the company’s client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research and actively seek out new sales opportunities by cold-calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Present the company’s solutions and services to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the company.
- Handle negotiations with clients, close sales deals, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring regular contact and support for their needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Sales, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
- Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management
- Knowledge of Environmental, ACMV/HVAC systems, Decontamination & IAQ will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Salary: Basic + Commission
