Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales targets, including account management and business development
- Lead and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance team culture
- Coordinate and report regularly to the Japan headquarters
- Conduct market analysis and develop strategic plans to expand regional presence
- Plan and execute marketing activities such as trade shows, promotions, and digital initiatives
- Build strong client relationships through onsite and virtual meetings, focusing on long-term partnerships and upselling
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and potential partnerships through research, exhibitions, and field engagement.
Requirements
- Experience in regional sales, especially in production and sales of electronics products, with a strong focus on semiconductors
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability
- Proven leadership to guide and inspire a team
- Business-level fluency in Japanese is required for internal and external communication
- Able to travel for work trips and attending events/exhibitions
