- Lead the development and growth of contract logistics services, including warehousing, distribution, and value-added solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client meetings, tenders, and solution-based selling.
- Collaborate with operations and solutions design teams to develop tailored logistics proposals based on customer needs.
- Respond to RFQs and RFPs in a timely and strategic manner, ensuring proposals are both competitive and operationally feasible.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to management.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer industries, and competitor offerings to refine strategy and approach.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments (operations, finance, IT) to ensure smooth solution implementation and customer satisfaction. Take ownership of revenue, margin, and customer retention KPIs within the contract logistics segment.
