SAP Program Director

Role Overview:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA programs across APAC manufacturing companies as part of the Manufacturing Solutions Tower.
• Manage 2–3 direct reports (Project Manager, Junior PM) and coordinate across workstreams and functions.
• Own integrated program planning (timeline, charter, resourcing, risk, budget, governance).
• Report to Executive Steering Committee , ensuring structure, governance, and delivery success.
• Drive alignment of business needs and IT solutions across regions and functions.
• Deliver key PM activities : kickoffs, workshops, high-performing teams, conflict resolution, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure smooth handover to operations and document knowledge transfer.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and share key lessons learned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (PMP preferred).
• 5–8 years’ experience managing full-cycle SAP projects.
• 1–2 years in Program Management/PMO for S/4HANA in manufacturing.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA rollout experience in regional/global environments.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes (discrete or repetitive).
• Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel for executive reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and navigate complexity.
• Experience with Agile methodologies .
• English proficiency required ; Mandarin preferred.
