Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional and multi-country project teams.
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, budgets, and governance frameworks.
- Align technical solutions with business processes for seamless integration.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Drive post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs (ERP, SAP platforms), connector with CRM Solution.
- Experience in senior project and program leadership roles.
- Multi-country delivery experience with strong vendor management skills.
