Job Title: Lead School-Based Occupational Therapist (Growth-Focused Role, @Kallang)
Salary: $5,500 – $6,500/month
Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday (8 to 5pm)
We’re looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist ready to step into a dynamic environment that challenges the norm and redefines what support looks like in education.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be a key player in helping students develop the physical, emotional, and executive functioning skills they need to thrive, inside and outside the classroom.
- Design and deliver evidence-based, student-centric therapy programs
- Collaborate with teachers and school heads to integrate therapy into the classroom
- Provide both group and individual therapy sessions weekly
- Conduct screenings and provide timely, insightful feedback
- Support, mentor, and supervise OT interns and new team members
- Keep meticulous, AHPC-compliant documentation and participate in audits
- Monitor and maintain safety and cleanliness of therapy gyms and tools
- Contribute to the big picture through multidisciplinary meetings and strategic planning
- Lead monthly OT team meetings and internal CPD efforts
- Actively engage with parents, caregivers, and educators to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in field trips, school events, and contribute to a collaborative, spirited team culture
Who We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who brings more than just credentials:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as an Occupational Therapist
- AHPC-registered , with a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy
- Strong communicator and cross-disciplinary collaborator
- Calm under pressure, clear in purpose, and energized by problem-solving
