Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treasury and Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various treasury functions, accounts payable processes, and other financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our financial activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

About the role
Accounts Payable Management
- Oversee the complete accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, coding, payment runs, payment approvals, and vendor reconciliations.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of invoices and payments.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, promptly resolving discrepancies and disputes.
- Keep accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and vendor communications.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial reports related to accounts payable and accruals, as well as ad-hoc analyses.
- Adhere to internal control policies, including invoice approval matrix and segregation of duties.
- Identify and implement improvements to systems, processes, and controls.
Treasury Operations
- Manage treasury functions such as cash management, banking facilities, guarantee management, liquidity planning, foreign exchange risk management, and cash flow forecasting and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize cash management processes and improve working capital.
- Coordinate with external banking partners to meet current and future banking requirements, ensuring compliance with various regulations.
Compliance & Audit Support
- Assist with audits and maintain necessary documentation to ensure a robust audit trail.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and industry regulations.
Continuous Improvement & Strategic Projects
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in accounts payable and treasury management.
- Participate in the deployment of strategic projects to enhance financial operations.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounts payable and treasury functions.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations and financial risk management.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (SAP, FIDES, banking platforms) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
