They are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior Corporate Secretarial professional to join their team and contribute to their continued success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters for local and international clients.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and ACRA guidelines.
- Prepare board resolutions, minutes of meetings, annual returns, and other corporate documents.
- Maintain and update statutory records and registers.
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders on corporate secretarial matters.
- Assist in other corporate governance and advisory work as required.
Requirements:
- ICSA qualified, university, or polytechnic graduates pursuing the ICSA course.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
