About the Role
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to multiple members of the Management Team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling expense claims, organizing and retrieving documents, drafting correspondence, and coordinating personal driver(s).
- Manage document processing tasks and oversee payment verification and authentication, such as handling invoices and payment approval requests.
- Supervise housing arrangements for the Company’s Management Team secondees, including liaising with agents, processing rentals, arranging maintenance, negotiating contracts, and writing reports.
- Assist Corporate Communications with organizing CSR events and preparing the Sustainability Report.
About You
- Degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a secretarial or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in Concur and SAP systems and/or CAPEX will be an added advantage Attainment of LCCI Level 2 Certificate will be an advantage
