Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced C&Q to support the Performance Qualification (PQ) of process gases , including compressed air, nitrogen, CO₂, and oxygen. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of relevant experience in process gas systems within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute PQ activities for process gases (compressed air, nitrogen, CO₂, oxygen)
- Perform the following tests as part of the PQ phase:
- Oil content verification
- Dew point verification
- Non-viable particle count
- Viable particle count
- Document and report results in compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards
- Collaborate with the SC team to ensure timely completion of PQ activities
Required Experience and Skills:
- 5–7 years of experience in C&Q of process gas systems
- Hands-on experience in PQ execution and testing
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and GMP practices
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
