Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the Operations team on tender document review, focusing on the scope of work and specifications for M&E equipment replacement such as switchgear, genset, etc.
- Review and provide technical support for M&E maintenance contract scopes and requirements.
- Assist with project handover and pre-opening programs, including on-site physical inspections, site acceptance tests, and defect rectifications.
- Offer technical support to the Operations team in addressing M&E operational challenges.
- Provide technical guidance on M&E end-of-life replacement schedules and specifications.
- Offer technical guidance, recommendations, and tracking of electrical contracted capacity and maximum demand.
- Manage and execute assigned projects and improvement initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of required operations, maintenance, and project activities.
- Conduct audits and identify energy/ water saving opportunity, track and monitor chiller plant performance and provide timely advice to the Operations team to address any shortcomings.
- Undertake any other new tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or any professional certification in Electrical or related discipline
- Preference will be given to those with minimum if Grade 7 Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW)
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience
- Experience in Energy Management and Audit will be an added advantage
- Familiar with Low/High voltage electrical and Scada
- Low voltage power turn-on testing and procedures
- Good command of English in spoken and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Ability to multi-task, analytical, meticulous, and high level of initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
