[What the role is]
As a Senior Executive in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.[What you will be working on]
You will be involved in the Estates Management functions and upgrading of ITE’s physical facilities. Your key responsibilities include the following:
- As a member of the Campus Development and Estates Management team, your key responsibilities are to:
- Identify and implement environmental sustainability projects for the Built Environment to meet ITE’s sustainability targets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Engage with external vendors to adopt innovative solutions and technologies to improve energy efficiency, waste management and reduce carbon footprint
- Oversee the implementation of smart building and digitalisation projects for campus development and estates functions
- Manage outsourced building and M&E contractors to ensure that ITE’s physical assets are well-managed and maintained in good condition
[What we are looking for]
- Relevant educational credentials in Building, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Environmental Sustainability or other related disciplines
- Having implemented environmental Sustainability initiatives or energy conservation projects before will be an added advantage
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in Data Science/ Programming/AI and ability to carry out data analytics to determine trends and pitfalls will be advantageous
