Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and drive continuous growth in business volume and profitability (For NVO accounts).
- Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
- Develop strategic plans for customers assigned.
- Maintain quality account business information in CRM for analytics on the business KPIs.
- Actively promote e-commerce and digital solutions to steer ONE’s digitalization strategies.
- Assist in any other assigned duties.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping/Logistics-related disciplines.
- Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in container shipping or forwarding industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and resilient.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with CRM tools.
- Knowledge in Google suite apps is advantageous.
