Join our pioneering team in Singapore! Dingdong Maicai is expanding its B2B fresh grocery delivery model (successfully proven in Dubai) to serve Singapore’s F&B sector. We’re building a dedicated supply chain to deliver fresh produce, groceries, and condiments to businesses (e.g., restaurants, canteens).
Responsibilities
1. Independently research and analyze foreign (Singaporean) laws, regulations, and regulatory policies related to internet retail and food trade, providing guidance and promoting operational compliance for overseas companies and businesses.
2. Draft and review contracts (in English) and other legal documents.
3. Assist the department head in developing and promoting overseas legal work and processes, and enhance compliance awareness for overseas businesses through multiple channels.
Qualifications
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or higher, at least six years of legal work experience, and at least three years of experience working in overseas business.
2. Good English and a solid understanding of the local Singaporean legal system.
4. Strong learning ability and self-motivation.
5. Proactive and proactive, with strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
