Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Development and sales activities in Mobile Security Areas in B2B , B2G, B2E areas & high security market for biometric authentications
- Lead Business Development and sales activities in Marketing Solutions
- Focus on business pipeline expansion, revenue generation, profitability and brand positioning in South East Asia
- Analysed market factors, build GTM strategies to target global clients in Asia Pacific
- Responsible for Business Development and sales target attainment while ensuring organizational compliance and internal sales risk management process and regulations
- Consulted clients on their IT requirements and present solutions by combining technologies together from different vendors and partners
- Managed and working closely with global partners (SI and solution/service providers) to enhance collaboration performance capabilities
- Work closely with alliances & delivery partners for all SDS services & solution to further develop and strengthen our market presence
- Handle and respond to queries relating to Pre-Qualification, Quotation & proposal and other detailed procurement contracts
- Establish and manage prospects, alliances, delivery partners through networking sessions
- Conduct market-sensing activities, analytics and reporting
- Evaluate and analyse the effectiveness of sales, methods, cost and results
- Produce documentation as per industry standards and seek approvals from clients
- Monitor and share the status of sales performances (weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end)
- Liaise with Sales representatives in HQ located in Korea to achieve pre-sales and sales objectives
- Managed all internal departments (engineering, finance, legal, procurement) and also with all outside stakeholders Perform any other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, media communication and other relevant fields.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in Business Solutions, IT Outsourcing & Infrastructure Services
- Willing and able to travel regularly to meet business objectives
- Able to perform field sales independently with minimum supervision from management and HQ
- Self-motivated, sales driven and results oriented
- Skills in market research, lead generation and management, setting GTM strategies
- Gathered client requirements and analysed pain points
- Possess leadership skills to lead a team
- Possess strong clientele in Government sector and Enterprise sector
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
