Job Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement & Planning
Develop and execute procurement strategies for OS&E and FF&E categories across new developments, renovations, and operational needs.
Collaborate with design, project management, and operations teams to align procurement with project specifications and timelines.
Supplier & Contract Management
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms and ensure compliance with quality and sustainability standards.
Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and contract renewals.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare and manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value engineering without compromising quality.
Track and report on procurement KPIs, savings, and spend analysis.
Project Execution
Oversee end-to-end procurement lifecycle including RFQs, PO issuance, logistics coordination, and delivery tracking.
Ensure timely delivery and installation of FF&E and OS&E items in coordination with project teams.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, quality issues, and vendor reliability.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field preferred
Experience
• Minimum 10 years of working experience and minimum 5 years of experience in related field
Other Prerequisites
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of construction procurement processes with acute commercial awareness
• Ability to work with cross- functional teams and supply chain partners, ensuring awareness of project commercial and contractual constraints.
• Support the delivery of the business standard operating procedures
• Co-ordinate members to ensure project specific tasks are undertaken timeously
• Provide the Management team with updates in regard to matters of project related risk
• Proficient in MS Office
• Previous knowledge of Ariba & Sage based networks would be an advantage.
