Incorporated and headquartered in Singapore, Plus Media Networks Asia is a multimedia entertainment company, dedicated to providing the best in Japanese anime and Korean Entertainment content in Asia-wide region. The company also runs ancillary merchandise products, services and events across Asia.

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated individual to join the team and contribute to the growth of the Company.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the General Manager on a strategic and tactical level to optimize sales across all media platforms. To distribute, license, and develop business related to anime and Korean content in Asia-wide region.
• To service designated accounts and assist General Manager in pitching, negotiating and closing contracts where required.
• To conduct regular updates and meetings with affiliates overseas to understand and analyse their needs. It is to build and maintain effective relationship with affiliates with an aim to extend and expand the business partnerships.
• To act as a conduit between the Company and affiliates/partners to ensure contractual commitments are fulfilled and business needs are addressed.
• To develop, execute, and manage sales & marketing activities effectively to maximize revenue growth.
• To work with internal teams to manage day-to-day communication with affiliates; and create & implement sales & promotion initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing or account management role, preferably in the broadcasting media industry.
• Strong sales presentation, negotiation and contract administration skills, and able to deliver best after-sales customer experience to our affiliates and partners.
• Require to travel in Asia region.
• Good communication skills and time management skills – able to work independently, meet deadlines and cope with fast-paced work environment.
• A keen interest in Anime and Korean content is highly valued.
• Possess a positive attitude and willingness to experience.
• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, communications or a related field.
