Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong partner relationships, and expand market presence. This role involves managing channel partners, enabling their success through sales and pre-sales activities, and working closely with vendors to develop strategic business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
- Develop and manage channel partners through enablement activities, performance reviews, and incentive programs.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with vendors and key stakeholders.
- Identify and onboard new channel accounts to grow market coverage.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure service excellence.
- Drive effective pipeline management by monitoring sales opportunities, analyzing win/loss ratios, and ensuring consistent deal closure.
- Keep partners updated on new products, programs, and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare accurate forecasts and timely business reports.
- Meet quarterly objectives and take on additional projects as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in networking, security, or unified communications solutions industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Highly motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
