WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
CloserStill Media (CSM) is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive for its Singapore operations to deliver creative multi-channel marketing campaigns for a new aviation-focused event in Singapore designed to connect key stakeholders within the Asia Pacific aviation sector.

THE ROLE:
- Work with the Head of Marketing, Group Marketing Manager and Event Directors plus the wider team to develop and implement marketing strategy, positioning and key messages and product strategy.
- Execute the marketing campaign(s) and report on effectiveness and results ensuring all elements achieve required performance criteria.
- Driving of the creative/design process for marketing material. This includes the update and development of existing materials plus the creation of new material in line with the marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with partners to develop marketing campaigns, lead generation strategies and compelling materials for all revenue streams across live and digital products.
- Oversee and execute community building and social media strategies that drive engagement, interaction, brand affinity and could improve the audience experience.
- Database management, list management, and development with the support of business intelligence and data teams.
- Collaborate with the Content Lead to integrate the conference programme into marketing plans to maximise visitor acquisition.
- Able to identify search words / key terms to be used in data segmentations based on industry knowledge.
- Developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels (both organically and paid campaign).
- Manage PR Strategy. Additionally, work to create/manage press lists, invite press, and consistently grow and develop media relations across all channels.
- Responsible for the delivery of all delegate, visitor, and attendee revenue generation, plus development of attendee/delegate pricing strategies and reporting.
ABOUT YOU:
- 2 to 3 years experience as a Marketing Executive or Digital Marketing Executive in the MICE industry.
- Ability to produce creatives and execute marketing plans.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with keen attention to detail.
- Strong commercial understanding applied to developing effective marketing campaigns.
- Strong IT skills and systems management (e.g. experience working with CRM and CMS platforms, databases, email marketing and marketing automation software).
- Strong experience working with Canva or similar platforms (ie, Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar programs.
- Experience working with the fundamentals of digital marketing and able to effectively apply digital principles to campaigns.
- Excellent spoken and written English is required. Additional language abilities, especially in Mandarin, are highly desirable.
