Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, build, and configuration of Pega applications, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Pega Platform capabilities, features, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and provide technical recommendations.
- Drive team performance through effective task allocation, decision-making, and mentoring.
- Provide innovative solutions that enhance user experience and meet client objectives.
- Oversee and perform thorough testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure application performance and stability.
- Contribute to key project and architectural decisions in partnership with stakeholders and other technical leaders.
- Manage configuration and release processes in line with organizational standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and process enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Pega application development experience.
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification required.
- Advanced proficiency in Pega Platform design, build, and enablement.
- Strong knowledge of Design & Build Enablement; proficiency in Configuration & Release Management preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with experience guiding and mentoring developers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with large-scale Pega implementations.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or higher certification.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
