We are looking for a Senior/Sales Manager with a strong network in the hospitality industry and deep operational knowledge of hotel businesses. If you thrive on building high-level relationships, closing impactful deals, and guiding a sales team with hospitality insight — this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers such as hotel Owners, General Managers, Operations Directors, and Purchasing Heads across Singapore.
- Initiate, organise, and lead presentations or strategic discussions to pitch our Smart Retail Solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
- Share your hospitality industry expertise with the broader sales and business development team to enhance their industry understanding and effectiveness.
- Provide real-time insights on market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to inform internal strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met from initial engagement to onboarding.
- Continuously grow and maintain a robust network of industry contacts to support future business development opportunities.
Key Qualifications
- Proven network of relationships within the Singapore or regional hotel industry, especially at senior levels (e.g. GMs, Directors of Operations or Purchasing).
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, purchasing cycles, and decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and independent approach to lead generation and deal-making.
- Experience with hotel technology solutions, guest-facing innovations, or operational systems is highly preferred.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and inspire decision-makers.
