About Client:
A well-established mid-scale business hotel located in the heart of Singapore offering easy access to the Central Business District. The hotel features over 100 modern guest rooms, a rooftop lounge, a full-service restaurant, and dedicated meeting facilities—catering to both corporate and leisure travelers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
- Manage and grow key client accounts.
- Identify market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts.
- Analyze sales data to inform decision-making.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years and above of corporate sales experience in Hospitality industry
- Embrace ownership, self-motivated and pro-active; Able to organize, accomplish tasks independently and efficiently.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate and build strong relationships with internal/external customers.
- IT proficiency in MS office applications and Hotel Systems Self motivated and results-focused
