Job Opening: Service Team Lead (F&B)
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Lead the Shift: Oversee daily operations and step in as acting manager when needed
- Deliver Great Service: Ensure guests feel welcome, attended to, and appreciated
- Be on the Ground: Support both front and back of house, lead by presence, not just position
- Maintain Standards: Keep service consistent and always look for ways to improve
- Boost Team Morale: Encourage, support, and help the team stay motivated
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player with strong people instincts
- Open to feedback and eager to improve
- Prior F&B experience is a plus but a growth mindset is key Comfortable with shift work (5-day week, rotating schedule)
