As the Lead, Campaigns, you will report to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager. You will be at the helm of our growth marketing efforts, steering the strategic direction and execution of campaigns that directly impact user acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value for both GetGo and ZipZap. You will own the full campaign lifecycle, from conceptualisation to optimisation, ensuring that every initiative is data-driven and results-oriented.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Development & Execution : Plan and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel campaign calendar that aligns with our core business objectives. This includes developing and managing brand awareness campaigns, promotional offers, new feature launches, user education initiatives, and events. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of these campaigns, from initial briefing and development to final rollout and performance analysis.
Budget & Resource Management : Develop campaign forecasts and ensure budget adherence, justifying spend to maximise return on investment (ROI) and meet business objectives.
Marketing Partner & Vendor Management : Source, negotiate with, and manage a range of marketing partners, including influencers, media agencies, event organisers, and web developers. You will oversee partner relationships, budgets, and deliverables to ensure their work is high-quality and supports our campaign goals. This role acts as the main coordinator, ensuring all partner activities, from creator content to website development, are smoothly integrated into our marketing plans.
User Segmentation & Personalisation : Develop and implement user segmentation strategies to deliver personalised and contextually relevant marketing communications. By tailoring our messaging, you will enhance user engagement and drive higher conversion rates across all touchpoints.
Data-Driven Performance & Optimisation : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns, meticulously tracking and analysing performance against user acquisition, conversion rates, and engagement targets. Collaborate with our data science and analytics teams to translate complex data into actionable insights, continuously optimising campaigns for maximum ROI. You will be expected to deliver regular, in-depth performance reports to key stakeholders.
Stakeholder Alignment & Mentorship : Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (brand, creative, data, technology, operations) and external stakeholders for seamless execution. You will also mentor and guide junior members of the growth marketing team, growing their professional development and ensuring excellence in project execution.
Marketing Innovation & Process Improvement : Champion the adoption of new marketing technologies and methodologies, including the use of AI tools, to streamline workflows, enhance campaign effectiveness, and boost overall team productivity. You will be tasked with developing and refining our marketing operations frameworks to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in end-to-end marketing campaign management. You must have a demonstrable track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, CRM, and offline platforms.
- An analytical, creative, and strategic mindset, with a proven ability to interpret data, solve complex problems, and develop innovative, consumer-led marketing strategies in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- A highly effective communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Marketing Automation: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as CleverTap or Braze for creating personalised user journeys and triggered campaigns.
- Analytics & BI Tools: Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Power BI to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- Ad Platforms: Experience with social media and ad platforms, including TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads.
- AI in Marketing: Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or automation platforms like N8N to enhance marketing workflows, from copy generation to data analysis, and improve overall efficiency.
