Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Consultant to support the implementation and improvement of HR systems. You’ll work closely with HR and IT teams to understand business needs, design solutions, and help optimize the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow HRSD platform based on business requirements
- Collaborate with teams to gather needs and translate them into system solutions
- Design and build forms, workflows, and reports to support HR processes
- Provide support, resolve issues, and help with system improvements
- Share knowledge through training sessions and documentation
- Keep up with the latest HRSD features and recommend improvements
- Align solutions with business goals and best practices
Requirements:
- At least 7 years experience in ServiceNow and 3 years experience in HRSD
- Understanding of HR operations and processes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Preferred:
- ServiceNow HRSD certification
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules
- Familiarity with basic scripting or configuration
