Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage port operations for ship calling activities
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and vendors for crew change operations
- Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with customers and vendors
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and manage vessels independently
- Ensure proper documentation practices, including generating invoices and FDA
- Adapt to customer expectations and provide versatile solutions
- Evaluate and assess both existing and potential new vendors
- Regularly update and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of general working experience , or a Degree/ Diploma in Maritime or related field
- Applicant without experience is welcome to apply, training will be provided
