Job Description:
- General administrative support
- Shipment arrangement, documentation & liaising with forwarders and relevant parties
- Arrange all shipping and insurance matters
- Correspondence with external supplies and HK sourcing & developing team
- Monthly claim of defective goods from suppliers
- Proactively works with cross-functional teams
- Achieve inventory and sales goals
- Prepare weekly sales report, analyze sales & inventory data to maintain inventory levels to meet projected sales demand
- Assist the buyers with administrative tasks
- Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Preferably with import experience
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Strong communication skills and proficient in MS Excel
- Meticulous with a high level of accuracy in assigned tasks
- Good analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers and numerate
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Minimum Diploma in any business-related field
- 5-day workweek
