- Monthly Joint Measurement & Progress Claims
- Conduct joint site measurements with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims based on verified quantities.
- Track work completion against contract milestones and ensure timely certification.
2. Site Measurement for RVO Jobs
- Perform detailed site measurements for variation works.
- Evaluate and quantify additional scope arising from client instructions or site conditions.
- Prepare and submit Variation Order (VO) documentation with supporting measurements and cost breakdowns.
3. Cost & Contract Management
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates.
- Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors; tabulate cost comparisons.
- Assist in contract administration, including interim valuations and final accounts.
4. Tender & Procurement Support
- Participate in tender preparation and submission.
- Assist in procurement planning and material sourcing aligned with project timelines.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of site measurements, claims, and VO submissions.
- Support monthly cost and value reconciliation reports.
- Liaise with project managers and site teams to ensure alignment on scope and cost.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Civil Engineering.
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and measurement software.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently on-site.
- Good communication skills for coordination with clients and subcontractors.
