The Work
- Own and ship features across the stack - with a frontend focus (React, Tailwind, Next.js preferred)
- Collaborate with the founder and technical advisors to prototype and productionize user-facing tools
- Integrate external services (e.g., Zoom, WebRTC, Notion) into the learning experience
- Tackle ambiguous UX challenges (e.g., “How do you show mental drift without creeping users out?”)
- Participate in rapid user feedback loops - build, deploy, iterate
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have strong experience in modern web development : React, Next.js, JS/TS, Tailwind, etc.
- Can work autonomously with light guidance and fast iteration cycles
- Communicate well in async and remote setups
- Think about product and user experience , not just code correctness
- Are comfortable in early-stage environments : shifting goals, lean process, and rough specs
Bonus Points
- Prior experience integrating video APIs (Zoom, WebRTC) or other edtech tools
- Familiarity with serverless functions , edge deployments , or scaling SSR apps
- Interest in education , cognitive tools , or UX experimentation
