Job Summary
We’re hiring a ServiceNow Software Engineer to design and implement scalable solutions across ITSM, ITBM, FSM, and CSM modules. The role involves platform development, workflow automation, and integration to support enterprise IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules and custom workflows.
- Lead technical design discussions and translate business needs into solutions.
- Maintain system performance, manage upgrades and patching.
- Implement ITIL-based processes (Incident, Change, CMDB, etc.).
- Build dashboards, reports, and performance analytics. Review code and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITBM, FSM, and/or CSM modules.
- Strong scripting, integration, and platform configuration skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Certifications : ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or Implementation Specialist (FSM/ITSM) is preferred
- Scrum Master (CSM/PSM I) and familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
