The Solution Sales Manager is tasked with driving sales efforts among SMEs and top-tier local corporate clients, focusing on more complex sales cycles and high-value accounts. This role emphasizes delivering consultancy solutions that encompass ERP systems, HR advisory, and overseas market entry strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, offering strategic guidance to clients, and ensuring seamless implementation of solutions. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with SMEs and top-tier local corporate clients, providing tailored consultancy solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.
- Strategize and execute sales initiatives to grow the client base and penetrate new markets within Singapore.
- Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing how solutions address their business challenges.
- Provide consulting and project support for overseas expansion plans aligned with client business growth objectives.
- Work closely with internal technical teams and HR consultants to ensure seamless solution implementation.
- Monitor and report on individual sales performance, ensuring adherence to targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, human resources, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in selling IT, ERP, HR advisory, or overseas expansion services.
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
- Excellent client management and presentation skills, with experience in handling complex sales cycles.
- Expertise in ERP systems, HR advisory, or overseas market entry strategies is highly desirable.
