- Support Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and take charge in their absence.
- Prepare and cook Halal-certified noodle dishes , including broths, sauces, and toppings, ensuring authentic taste and quality.
- Ensure all food preparation complies with Halal standards and food safety regulations.
- Supervise kitchen staff , assign duties, and provide training to junior cooks.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and kitchen supplies, and assist in ordering and receiving goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils.
- Assist in menu planning and development , especially new noodle dishes or seasonal items.
- Control food costs by minimizing waste and optimizing preparation methods.
- Conduct quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and handle any special customer requests.
