Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. We provide independent review and challenge to the business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decisions. In addition, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in people and infrastructure.This role will assist the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in managing all the operational aspects of RMG in collaboration with the RMG heads and their COOs (or equivalent).Key Accountabilities: * Manage and execute activities and initiatives set out by the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) or Chief Operating Officer (COO)* Provide secretariat support to risk committees and management meetings (such as developing and coordinating agenda, minutes and following up on matters arising items)* Assist in preparation of overall RMG’s annual budget and scorecard setting, and monitoring the progress regularly thereof* Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings with internal and external stakeholders on RMG related matters.* Develop and execute department-wide staff engagement activities; design and deliver communication plans to drive greater awareness of key initiatives and employee engagement activitiesResponsibilities: * Manage and execute activities and initiatives set out by the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) or Chief Operating Officer (COO)* Provide secretariat support to risk committees and management meetings (such as developing and coordinating agenda, minutes and following up on matters arising items, engagement with regulators and external parties, business continuity planning, training etc)* Track budget and forecasts, as well as progress of scorecard* Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings with internal and external stakeholders on RMG related matters* Develop and execute department-wide staff engagement activities; design and deliver communication plans to drive greater awareness of key initiatives and employee engagement activitiesRequirements: * 5+ years of experience in financial institution or marketing related roles with exposures to areas such as video editing and content publishing etc.* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance or related field* Self-starter, resourceful and able to work independently* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills* Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently* Passionate and resourceful with a mindset of learning and adapting* Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe* Strong analytical mind and ability to identify issues and achieve timely resolution-en
