- Supporting presales activities for solutions such as DLP, data backup, and system applications for clients
- Deliver implementation and technical support for system, security, and network solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinating with vendors
- Manage and follow up on daily operations and assigned tasks.
- Contribute to tender processes with technical support
- Assess and test new security and network products for potential solutions.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT/Computer Science/Cybersecurity or equivalent
- Min 2 years experience in related fields
- Experience in designing, managing and implementing cybersecurity for multi-vender infrastructure which includes:
- Microsoft based Domain Controller, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, RADIUS & AAA servers
- Microsoft based Certificate Authority
- Window/Linux/UNIX OS environments
- Experience in cloud deployments and integration for AWS/Azure/GCP is an advantage
- Location: Ubi
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am to 6pm)
- Salary: Up to $6500
- Able to start work immediate or on short notice
