Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Sourcing Strategies : Utilize various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders : Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, job specifications, and team dynamics.
- Candidate Screening : Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
- Employer Branding : Promote the company's culture and values to attract high-quality candidates.
- Onboarding Support : Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Compliance : Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Data Management : Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.
Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience : 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within Singapore.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Interpersonal Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications : HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
- Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with Singapore's labor market trends and employment regulations.
- Networking : Established network within the industry to source passive candidates.
