Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages (e.g. tea, coffee) to management and guests or as requested.
- Stock up refreshments and consumables as needed.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms, including preparation of drinks, light refreshments, and other logistic requirements.
- Clean and wash cups, utensils, and pantry equipment to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of meeting rooms and office spaces, including proper arrangement of furniture.
- Notify relevant personnel of any maintenance or repair needs within meeting or office rooms.
- Support general work in production departments when required.
Requirements:
- Basic proficiency in reading and writing English.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to take initiative in daily tasks.
- Physically fit to perform cleaning and pantry duties.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
