- Drive the sales of semiconductor equipment to meet established targets.
- Conduct system, parts, and material evaluations in collaboration with customers.
- Manage customer inquiries, handle RFQs, and prepare sales proposals and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing effective, long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and R&D teams throughout the sales process, including presentations, quotations, specification alignment, negotiations, commissioning/acceptance, and after-sales support.
- Lead sales negotiations and successfully close deals.
- Implement strategies to grow market share for assigned products and services.
- Prepare and submit internal sales reports.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
