We are looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Technician to join our team to support product installation, servicing, and repairs across range of appliances.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, servicing, and repair of products (e.g. water purifiers, air purifiers, standing desks, massage chairs).
- Conduct on-site visits at customer locations to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Drill through tables and surfaces for product installations when required.
- Provide basic customer guidance on product usage and care.
- Liaise with internal teams on spare parts, job scheduling, and service reporting.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service jobs and customer interactions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism on-site.
- Perform quality checks, testing, and routine maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in drilling
- At least 1 year of experience
- Must have Class 3 driving license
