Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured telesales calls to engage potential job seekers.
- Promote available roles clearly and persuasively.
- Convert cold leads into active job applicants.
- Arrange interviews or screening calls for suitable candidates.
- Keep accurate call records, follow-up status, and outcomes.
- Meet weekly targets for call volume, conversions, and bookings. Handle basic objections and pitch the company/employer brand positively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or outbound calling.
- Confident, energetic phone presence with persuasive skills.
- Goal-driven mindset and ability to handle rejections.
- Able to multitask and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes is an added advantage.
