Commitment Date : 4 to 7 November 2025
Working hours: 830am to 530pm
Job responsibilities: The candidate will handle the recording of the role-play examination.
Before the recording
- Set up the lighting, laptop, webcam and tripod
- Power on the desktop and the projector, and do a sound check
- Sign in to both the Host and Client Zoom accounts and do a Mic and Video check
- Make sure the audio and video are working
During the exam and recording
- Press the recording button after the student has given the head-up
- Ensure that the video and audio are working, and the internet connection is stable
- Stop the recording after the student has completed/ time is up
End of exam
- Exit the Zoom meeting
- Keep the lighting, laptop, webcam and tripod Shut down the desktop and projector
Requirement:
- Only apply if can commit to all the dates mentioned above.
- Have a pleasant personality and a team player
- Experience/ has hands on using [ZOOM] Has background /hands on using Projector, Audio & Video.
