TENDER SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Tender team
- Preparation and compilation of documents for tender submission
- Set up and maintain all proposal clarification register
- Compilation of marketing data and presentation materials
- Maintenance of an efficient filing system
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Business Studies
- 1 to 2 years relevant experience is preferred
- Subsea project exposure – direct experience preparing cost models and commercial tenders for API 6A/17D wellheads, Xmas trees or related subsea equipment.
- Cost‐build familiarity – strong grasp of material, manufacturing, installation and life of field cost drivers, plus ability to interface with engineering and supply chain teams.
- Tender leadership – track record coordinating multidisciplinary bid teams, meeting tight submission deadlines, and negotiating clarifications with client SCM/QS representatives.
- Tools & analytics – proficiency in MS Excel cost models, ERP/MRP data extraction, and presentation of pricing scenarios to management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate with Chinese speaking customers
- Meticulous with ability to prioritize work tasks to meet deadlines
- A self-motivated team player with positive attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
