About the Team E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented intern to support our Policy & Education team in designing educational content, supporting external communications, and building internal resources. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in from July 2025 - Oct 2025. Responsibilities: - Design visually compelling educational content such as infographics, policy explainer slides, social media visuals, and in-product messages. - Build design templates and localize them for multiple markets and languages while ensuring visual consistency. - Ensure all designs align with brand, tone, and compliance standards. - Localize graphic content and ensure cultural relevance and accuracy. - Support proofreading and editing of policy articles. - Configure and schedule external communications using content management systems. - Maintain and update external facing policies, and internal knowledge bases to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Contribute to team documentation by maintaining glossaries, process guides, visual style guides, and scalable content templates. - Build visual reports to summarize GTM effectiveness and user engagement. - Translate insights from performance data (reach, engagement, CSAT, etc.) into clear visual summaries. - Manage multiple design and operational tasks with quick turnaround in a fast-paced environment. - Manage P&E internal resources and databases.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Majored in Humanities & Social Sciences; Human Resources, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. - Passionate about policy education, graphic design, and having a good user/service awareness. - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools (e.g. Figma, Canva). - Basic experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI). - Familiarity with data reporting and analysis (e.g. engagement rate, CSAT, NPS). - Excellent attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills. - Minimum internship period: 3 months; at least work 4 days in a week. Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to manage feedback from multiple stakeholders and iterate quickly. - Good team player, be proactive and a "self-starter" ; have a strong sense of responsibility at work, good at organizing activities.
