- Construct structural frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs.
- Build and install formwork, moulds, and other temporary structures for concrete works.
- Install beams, posts, and supports to ensure stability.
- Cut, shape, and assemble timber to required dimensions using hand and power tools.
- Read and interpret construction drawings to meet project specifications.
- Prepare and maintain work areas, ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition.
- Work closely with other trades such as carpenters, electricians, and project managers.
- Perform structural repairs and adjustments when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site, complying with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Carry out other construction-related duties as assigned.
- Must have relevant experience in structural formwork and timber construction.
- Good physical fitness for manual and on-site work, with the ability to read drawings and operate tools safely.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a positive, reliable attitude.
