Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Responsibilities:
- UAT Planning & Strategy
- Develop and manage the overall UAT strategy, scope, and approach.
- Define UAT entry and exit criteria in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Create and maintain UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on UAT objectives.
- Facilitate UAT kick-off meetings, daily stand-ups, and defect triage sessions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all UAT-related activities.
- Test Case Management
- Review and validate test scenarios and test cases prepared by business users.
- Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements.
- Oversee test data preparation and environment readiness.
- Execution & Monitoring
- Monitor test execution progress and ensure timely completion of test cycles.
- Track and manage defects, ensuring resolution and retesting.
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to project leadership.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure that the solution meets business expectations and is fit for purpose.
- Validate that all critical business processes are tested and approved.
- Support go/no-go decisions based on UAT outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in UAT coordination or management.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, VAL).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
System Analyst

Responsibilities
· Analyze user requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
· Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
· Design and execute test cases for trade lifecycle events and accounting processes.
· Support SIT/UAT phases and assist in obtaining user sign-offs.
· Document functional flows, test results, and provide post-implementation support.
· Assist in analyzing downstream systems and reporting interfaces.
Requirements:
Education:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution
Essential:
· You must have hands-on experience with Murex 3.1 Back Office and Accounting modules, including trade event processing and accounting configuration.
· You will be involved in requirement analysis, functional specification, and test case preparation for Murex and its downstream interfaces.
· You are expected to support SIT/UAT phases, ensure proper documentation, and assist in transitioning solutions to production teams.
· You will work closely with developers and architects to ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, and system integration standards.
· You will support downstream data flows from Murex to data warehouses and regulatory reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial data
Key Domain/ Technical Skills:
· Murex Modules: Accounting, Trade Event Management, Datamart
· Technical Tools: SQL (data analysis), Excel
· Domain Expertise: Trade lifecycle, financial instruments, regulatory reporting (preferred).
